The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash for advance and day-of-show purchases.
Tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder. Valid I.D. will be required.
Tickets may also be purchased at Pack-n-Mail in Albuquerque at 4801 Montano and TJ's Camera & One Hour Photo on Montgomery and Tramway.
For Show Schedule information, call the 24 hour hotline at 505-891-7300. Tickets for all Events are sold at the Box Office, over the phone at 866-443-8849 and on the internet at www.GetTix.net, as well as all Get Tix Outlets. For VIP Club, Loge seats or Party Suite tickets, please contact the Special Events Manager at 505-891-7300 ext. 7314.
On most events, Groups of 10 or more will receive a discount on seats. Please contact the Box Office Manager at 505-891-7300 for more details.
Discounted Tickets will be available for many Events. Please bring the coupon or form of discount with you when purchasing tickets at the Outlets or the Box Office.
For Scorpions Hockey Season Tickets and Schedules, please contact their offices at 881-7825. Seats for individual games are available and on-sale at the Box Office and through GetTix.Net.
Events are generally put on sale Saturday mornings at 10AM. To find out if tickets are going on sale for a certain event, please check this website, 24 hour hotline or GetTix.Net.
Accessible seating is available ONLY at the Santa Ana Star Center Box Office & are located by the glass and on the concourse. Wheelchair Seats are usually sold in pairs up until 48 hours prior to the Event. Handicap parking is available in designated areas.
If tickets are lost, stolen or not received in the mail, please contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. The Box Office will do its best to replace the tickets, but re-issuance of a lost or stolen ticket IS NOT guaranteed. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash. Once gone, it's difficult to replace. If the original ticket purchase can be verified, the box office WILL replace the ticket with a pass that will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event for the original purchaser only. Valid I.D. will be required.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for any event. Scalping or selling tickets at or near the Santa Ana Star Center is prohibited and will not be allowed.
If an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, refunds will be available at the point-of-purchase only by method of payment. For re-scheduled events, the original ticket sold will be honored at the new date. No exchange is required. On cancelled events, refunds are available up until the original event date.

Noon – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
Open Saturday at noon ONLY if there is an event scheduled.
Open Sunday at noon ONLY if there is an event scheduled.
Open at 10AM for Saturday Event on-sales. No line-ups prior to 8AM! For Hockey, the Box Office and the Will Call window will stay open until the start of the 3rd Period. For Concerts and other Events, the Box Office and the Will Call window will stay open until the Main Act starts. The Will Call window handles all last-minute internet and phone sales, media, sponsors, VIP's and all complimentary tickets. The Box Office CAN NOT contact Hockey, Show or Building Personnel if your tickets and/or passes aren't there. Will Call tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, unless prior arrangements are made. Customers may also leave tickets at the Will Call window; however Santa Ana Star Center is not responsible for unclaimed tickets. Valid I.D. is required to pick up all tickets and passes. Santa Ana Star Center personnel do not control, give out or sell Backstage or Meet & Greet passes for any event. Tickets or passes left by Show personnel usually arrive in the box office 2 hours before show time.
